Master and Student by Jogger. It’s a chill electronic beat but it’s 180 bpm so when I run to the beat my cadence stays high which helps for faster workouts.

What is your favorite post Saturday long run meal?

I love coffee and pancakes and I try to get some sort of protein in too to help the muscles rebuild after a long run or hard workout.

I run to be ____.

I run because throughout my running in the last 10 years I have made, and continue to make, the best, most supportive, and genuine friends anyone could ask for.  I also run because it makes me healthy, it makes me feel young, and it gives me an outlet to compete. We’re all part of one big team!
