Here’s How To Get Started
Step 1: Book Your First Class
Start the journey and come meet us.
Step 2: Determine Your Pace
During your first class we’ll introduce you to the studio (including your new favorite treadmill) and walk you through your starting RacePaces (which will become a baseline to track your progress over time)
Step 3: Feel the Sweet Satisfaction of Progress
We’ll suggest classes to meet your goals and you’ll watch your progress soar. Those small, incremental steps will add up to BIG PRs!
